How to place an order?

Good enough no longer is. We want to offer a remarkable product and service ;)

The prices of products and delivery include VAT in the amount that depends on the location of the buyer. For customers from Switzerland and the United Kingdom, the VAT is not included. After selecting the products and completing the order (personal information, delivery cost and value-added tax), the final payment is made in the currency of the Euro (€, EUR). We ship all our products to these countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. All companies within the European Union, except companies based in Croatia, can order products without paying the VAT if they have a valid VAT ID.​ If you are ordering products from Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you will need to pay a local VAT, duties, and other customs fees in Switzerland or the United Kingdom. All products are VOC-free and delivered from Rijeka, Croatia, Europe.


​Payment options: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, internet banking transfer (€, EUR / SEPA, IBAN: HR8024070001100452943, BIC: OTPVHR2X). All products are shipped directly from our local warehouse in Rijeka, Croatia. We don't use drop-shipping because our team packs every order. After ordering, the products are shipped in a brief time (1 to 2 business days). Estimated delivery duration refers to delivery. All orders are subject to our one workday package preparation. You can track the order from our warehouse to your address (email and SMS notifications). All products are insured during delivery. A satisfied customer is our priority. If the products are damaged or lost during transportation, you can immediately receive a refund at no extra cost, usually within two business days depending on your bank. You have the right to return purchased products within 14 days and receive a refund. The thinking period expires 14 days after the date of receipt of the goods. Tell us about your return request by sending an e-mail to Send us all products within 7 days of the day you notified us that you want to cancel the purchase.


Refunds will be made when we receive products to our warehouse. There are no additional costs for returning the product, and the original delivery charges are returned. DPD will pick up the products at your address. You need to print out the DPD sticker which we send you by email, stick it on the box and that's all. The buyer is liable for any damage to goods resulting from handling the goods, other than what is necessary to determine the product's nature, characteristics, and functionality. In case of damage to the product (after delivery), the refund amount will be reduced by the percentage corresponding to the value of the goods. In that case, you will be notified. Be careful when selecting products in different colours because colours in real life may be slightly different from the colours you see on the device display.
